The Sleep Disorders Center is a highly specialized outpatient facility for the evaluation and treatment of patients with problems related to sleep and wakefulness.  The Center is accredited by The American Academy of Sleep Medicine.

Established in 1977, The Sleep Disorders Center was among the first in the United States devoted exclusively to the practice of sleep disorders medicine.

The Center is part of , The University Hospitals of Columbia and Cornell , one of the foremost medical treatment and research institutions in the world.
