Billing Information
Current fee information can be obtained from the Sleep Disorders Center. The procedures required in your evaluation and, therefore, the total cost, will vary. Insurance generally covers a significant portion of the fee, but coverage varies among policies. We advise that you contact your insurance carrier to determine the extent of reimbursement. Our policy is to request payment at the time of consultation or testing. If you require special financial arrangements, we will make every effort to accommodate you.
